Confirm and Schedule
We confirm product availability, pricing, and a delivery window. Same-day delivery is available for most in-stock products if your order is placed by 10am. We call before we roll to confirm access.
Delivery to Your Job Site
Our truck drops the material at your specified location. Forklift placement is available at accessible job sites. You confirm receipt and we are done. Payment can be processed in advance or at delivery for account holders.
Same-Day Pickup at Our North Hollywood Yards
Delivery is not always necessary. If you are within range and want materials today, same-day pickup is available at all four of our yards. Most of our inventory is on the yard and ready to load.
Contractors can pull up to our Sun Valley paver yard and load directly onto their flatbed. Our North Hollywood yards handle block, brick, stone, and landscape materials. Call ahead to confirm stock before you drive out.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, minimums vary by product type. Pavers require a one-pallet minimum for bulk delivery pricing. Decomposed granite and decorative rock are typically priced at a one-ton minimum. Block and brick orders are coordinated based on job size. There is no fixed minimum for all materials — call (818) 503-4242 with your material and quantity and we will give you a straight answer on whether delivery works for that order.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing on delivery orders?
Yes. Pallet and ton orders automatically receive bulk pricing below per-unit retail rates. Contractor account holders get an additional wholesale pricing tier on top of standard bulk rates. Volume tiers apply as order size increases — the more you order, the better the rate. How quickly can you deliver building materials in Los Angeles?
For orders placed by 10am Monday through Friday, same-day delivery is available for most in-stock materials within the San Fernando Valley and nearby LA neighborhoods. Next-day delivery is available for most of Los Angeles County. Delivery timing depends on your location, product availability, and truck scheduling.
